Sultasa Wedding Policies
Food and Beverage
- Menu selections should be made a minimum of 30 days prior to the event.
Space Rentals and Deposits
- A Banquet Room Rental Fee will be charged for all wedding ceremonies and receptions.
- In order to reserve your event date, a $2000. non-refundable deposit will be due two (2) weeks from the date of the contract.
- An estimate for food and beverage services provided by Harborside Bistro will be prepared for your approval and is due in full 30 days prior to the event. This food and beverage minimum is forfeited in the event of a cancellation less than 30 days prior to your event.
- A valid credit card number is required and will be held on file for any additional balance at the conclusion of your event.
- Any outstanding balances will need to be paid immediately following the event.
Included in Reception Facility Fees:
Professional and Attentive Staff to Make Your Special Day Complete and Memorable.
Beautiful Glassware and White China, White Table Linens (underlay, overlay and napkins).
Gift Table, Guest Book Table, Cake Table, and Head Table.
Decorations and Setup Schedule
- We offer two (2) hours of setup and decoration time prior to your event. It may be possible to begin in advance of this 2-hour block for afternoon functions.
- All outside vendors (florists, photographers, DJs, etc.) will be allowed to begin their setup two (2) hours prior to your function.
- All decorations and personal items must be removed IMMEDIATELY following the conclusion of your event.
- Sultasa is not responsible for any items left behind.
Music
- We welcome music on the Swimming pool and terrace until 00:00 PM.
- We allow a DJ or live amplified music (up to a 5 person ensemble) until 12:00 AM
- In consideration for our hotel guests, all music will be controlled at the discretion of the Hotel Management.
